You do not bring it to us. We drive to the driveway, the yard or the lot where the vehicle already sits, in Byron or anywhere across Middle Georgia.

The old glass comes out
Wipers and trim off, the bonded glass cut free, the frame cleaned back to bare metal. This is the step customers expect to stand and watch, and it is usually over before they come out.

That figure is a customer's, not ours: one review puts the whole visit at thirty minutes or less. What takes longer than the fitting is the adhesive curing afterwards, and we tell you on the day how long to leave the vehicle standing before you drive it.

Repair or replace
Not every chip needs a new windshield.
A stone off the interstate does not automatically cost you a full replacement. Whether a chip can be filled comes down to how big it is, where on the glass it sits, and whether it has already started to run. Those are three things worth looking at properly rather than guessing at over the phone.
Send a photo to the same number you would call, or let us look at it when we are nearby. We will tell you which one it needs. If it can be repaired, that is what we will say.

Two things make the visit quicker.
Park somewhere we can open both front doors and stand at the glass, and text a photo of the damage before we set off. The photo is what lets us bring the right windshield the first time instead of coming back for it.
